At Dartmoor Brewery, we strive for every pint to be perfect; however, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of our craft ales, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed products in their original packaging.

Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Provide Documentation
If your items arrived damaged during transit, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and the affected bottles or casks for our quality control team.
Secure Packaging
Once authorized, place the items back in their original cardboard outer shell to ensure the glass remains protected during the return journey.
Dispatch and Refund
Send the parcel back to our brewery via a tracked courier service; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
